What is Coaching?

Coaching can be described as many things but to me it is a process.

  • This process begins when you realise that your life/business/career has the potential to change for the better.
  • Then you find a Coach that is the right fit for you, in terms of values and outlook etc.
  • You have your initial consultation, whereby your Coach finds out what your goals are and comes up with a Personalised Plan for you.
  • The first Coaching session is arranged for a location that is convenient or else for Skype.
  • In that session the Coach goes through their Coaching Contract which covers confidentiality and other aspects of your Personalised Plan.
  • The Coach gets to know you and together you begin identifying what is important to you and what changes you want to make.
  • After that each session builds upon the next.
  • You will begin to realise that you have unlimited potential within you and make a plan to utilise that unlimited potential to the best of your abilities.
